Super King sized luxury beds with good quality bed linen which can also
be presented as two large comfortable single beds. Ensuite shower rooms. Views across
open lawned area towards Mount Murray Hotel and the golf course. Ample wardrobe space.
Bedroom 3
Super King sized luxury bed with good quality bed linen which can also be
presented as two large comfortable single beds. Large luxury private bathroom with
walk in shower and separate bath. Partial lake views.
Rates
Double room: £70 per per night
Twin room: £70 per per night
Single room £50 per night
(For the TT, the Manx Grand Prix and Christmas period room rates are £100 per room per night including breakfast)
Payment
We can accept debit card and credit card payments. We can also accept cheque
payments. Cheques should be payable to Teddy Bear Cottages.
Deposit
A deposit of 40% is payable at the time of booking when the arrival date is
more than 8 weeks away. Balance of payment is required 8 weeks prior to visit.
Payment in full
Required for bookings taken less than 8 weeks prior to visit.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel, the balance of payment remains due unless
your arrival date is at least 8 weeks from the date of cancellation. On no occasion
is the deposit refundable. We advise you seek insurance cover for unforeseen circumstances.
Arrivals and departures
Arrival is after 2pm. Checkout time is 10am.
Room Cleaning
Rooms are cleaned between 10am and 12noon.
