1. DEPOSIT
A deposit of 40% is payable at the time of booking when the arrival date is more than 8 weeks away. Balance of payment is required 8 weeks prior to visit
2. PAYMENT IN FULL
Required for bookings taken less than 8 weeks prior to visit
3. CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel, the balance of payment remains due unless your arrival date is at least 8 weeks from the date of cancellation. On no occasion is the deposit refundable. We advise you seek insurance cover for unforeseen circumstances.
4. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Checkout time is 10am. Arrival is after 2pm.
5. OCCUPANCY
Each room is suitable for no more than 2 people – all guests are required to complete a registration form upon arrival.
6. CARE & CLEANLINESS
Please note that all damage and breakages must be paid for and reported immediately.
Equipment used should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Bedrooms are cleaned
between 10am and 12noon.
7. LIABILITY
We cannot accept liability for loss of, or damage, for property, baggage or possessions and we advise that you ensure you have adequate insurance
8. CHILDREN & PETS
We regret we cannot accept children under 12 or Pets.
9. SMOKING
Mount Murray View is totally non smoking.
